Little problem (Name on PO Box)

Hello guys!!

I have a little potential problem and would like to confirm.

I have sent my package for wife's GC and it was delivered on 03/01.

Check was cashed on 03/09, but I have not received AOS yet.

It seems like, as far as I read all filer's record, most of people received AOS next day check was cashed. I don't worry about this since Visa processing is a waiting game, but I worry about is that all letter from immigration office can only be delivered to mail box (I live in apartment) with shown my wife's name. My wife keeps her last name for now due to timing issue, and label on my mail box only shows my last name, so we might have missed AOS. I already asked apartment manager to have new lable with her last name as well.

Would this impact to any of my processing if AOS was returned to them.

Please advise.

05/05/2010 - Interview and "APPROVED" (Day 65)

05/05/2010 - "Touched" on I-130 (Card Production ordered)(Day 65)

05/05/2010 - "Touched" on I-485 (Still at "Initial Review") (Day 65)

05/06/2010 - "Touched" on I-765 (Card Production ordered)(Day 66)

05/06/2010 - "Touched" on I-130 (Card Production ordered, again) (Day 66)

05/10/2010 - "Touched" on I-485 (Still at "Initial Review, again) (Day 66)

05/10/2010 - Received "Welcome Letter" (Day 70)

05/11/2010 - Recieved "Approved onI-130 letter" (Day 71)

Today is my lucky day. :thumbs:

I had my wife run to mail box to leave small note to notify USPS that this is also her residence for just in ase.

What happened was ...... USPS guy was there and had AOS with him.

TGI Friday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One step move forward.
