I can see why this is rude and socially unacceptable, but it's illegal too?

I plead the Freedom of Speech. If you can say fukc in public, you can ask in public without using the ####. Do you want to fukc me or do you want to have sex with me? I prefer asking for permission rather than forcing.

You dont just walk up to a stranger and ask for sex, even if its "nicely".The guy is crazy he should go to jail. Personally, I think Guys generally like too much sex!

I know prostitution is illegal. But asking a woman if she'll take money for sex, her walking away and him not escalating the situation sounds like a decent outcome as these things go. I'd imagine the po-po could have spent their time elsewhere.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal. So is selling a bag of baby powder as coke.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

The thing is, you can ask anyone at anytime for sex...you might get slapped or punched even...but freedom of speech basically says you CAN ask. However, the dividing line is when you offer money for it.

I knew this guy who used to go into bars a lot and start asking random women, "Wanna **?".. He got cussed out a lot, he got slapped a few times, and even threatened, but guaranteed he always went home with someone each night....

Asking another person to break the law (accessory) is against the law, even if you don't offer them money. Having adult consensual sex is not against the law, but paying for it is.

Right. In the context of this thread, if you offer money for sex, you are solicitating for prostitution, which is illegal. You are basically trying to involve the other person in an illegal activity.

I don't think many will argue that the law makes sense. It's just that it is the law.

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.
