May I make a reccommendation, it seems that most people don't like to read through documentation content to find an answer to a specific question that they wish to find an answer to, they would rather post their question as a post. Posting is a lot easier than reading. This causes many problems, one it may be a question that has been asked and answered a thousand times and they are not getting any responses to their question, or they will get incorrect or inconsistent answers with personal apions attached. My suggestion is that we design a flow chart for each visa type and post topics with links to the correct business rule, w/o personal opinions attached. Also, we do a comparsion chart with the pro and cons of the different type of visas to show the requestor what is required to file and what will be the outcome to them if they file for this particular type of visa.

The Guide section that is in place now, served it orginal purpose, but I feel it needs to be re-done to make finding information more direct and easier.

I agree with your core points. Once we get the site upgraded this weekend then we can start looking to improve areas like this :).
