As you will see by our timeline it has been a long road. She has her visa in hand now after making it through AP 2 different times in the process. The first time was at the NVC stage and the 2'nd was blue slip at interview. No additional documents needed. The consulate even called me at home and interviewed me over the phone (while waiting in AP)which i was more than happy to do. The first AP who really knows but probably a name check on me(googled my name and got almost 1 million results plus me having a weapons license). The second AP, after they called me i assume they were thinking not bonafide relationship. Lucky for me i did include some frontloading even though at that time we knew nothing of this site or even what frontloading means. I would say our red flags were my divorce was final 3 1/2 months before meeting on line(i was legally separated for about 8 months before we met) , engaged almost 5 months after meeting and a 16 year age difference. I was also not at the interview due to no vacation time left at work due to my 2 visits that i made last year. With a lot of help from this site we got her well prepared for the interview. Her English is really good and she answered every question at her interview correctly and lots of documentation. I think without those things we might not have been approved. One thing i will add is both the gentleman that interviewed her and the one who interviewed me were nice and polite. I will pick her up from the airport in one week. Happy day
