Bogota Embassy interview dates cutoff

Hi, I was hoping to have our K1 visa interview in April, but I've read that if the Bogota Embassy doesn't recieve Packet3 by 3/15 we won't get an April interview but a May one instead ... is that really the case? Thanks in advance

life sometimes plays in weird ways, there are a couple who already have the case in Bogota and they want delaying the process until June

It all depends on when they receive your documents. If it's right after March 15th, you have some chance of getting an April interview. If they receive them during the last week of March then you'll get an early May interview at the latest.
