This process by far is the most difficult thing I have ever done. I'm so happy that I got married to Vanessa and love her so much. This time apart is just messing up on what is next, or what I am doing next with the paperwork. When I started the I-130 I was so energetic with this process, now five months in the visa process, I'm just confused on what to do... sorry,, I guess I'm just stressed out.

Need some help guys, here's were I stand so far:

paid my $70 on 2/24 for my AOS, I'm waiting for my wifes DS-3032(she sent me a copy via email) can that be emailed to the NVC?? I think I finished my AOS, but keep on staring at it,, think its done tho, I have my tax trans., letter from employer, pay stubs from the last six months, and cover letter. Can I send that out, or am I waiting on something eles... And when do I pay my 400 fee...I just booked a trip down to Colombia for April, so just need to put some money aside.

Most important............Can anyone give me a time for a date for the interview,, just an aproximate????????

Is your AOS bill showing as paid? YES? Then print out the barcoded cover sheet and mail it out with the I864 and accompanying documents.

Have you emailed the DS3032 yet? NO? Do it now from the beneficiary's email. The format can be found in the VJ guides.

Once your DS3032 is accepted, in 1-3 days, your IV bill will become available to be paid. Pay it and wait for it to show as paid. Then mail out your DS230 packet with the barcoded cover sheet.

Then wait for 7-10 days for a case complete, barring any RFEs.

If you hurry, you might make a May interview. Good luck!

Hop on over to the March 2010 NVC thread, ya? :)

Sounds like you have your AOS in order... Be sure to put your case # on EVERY page in case they get seperated...

here's Christeen's time tested formula to get you through NVC in one piece alive:

Petitioner: Get NVC # + give operator your email IDs + receive AOS fee bill + pay 70$ online + wait to show paid + print cover sheet + send I-864 AOS with all documents and case # written on each page.

Beneficiary: Get NVC# + receive DS3032 + send DS3032+ DS3032 accepted + IV fee bill available to be paid + pay & wait to show paid + print IV cover sheet + mail DS230 package with all original/certified documents

= wait for case complete + wait for interview to be scheduled.

Nobody can tell you when the interview will be... However if you get all your paperwork in to NVC in a timely matter with no RFE's, I would venture to guess that you could possibly interview in May or June if you have any delays in getting required documents... This is my best WAG (wild a$$ guess).
