Compatibility issues with Firefox 3.6

I just updated and now the cursor disappears in the text box when applying. Also, click-drag to replace or delete text is not working with this site at least.

If you haven't already upgraded to 3.6, don't do it! What a pain in the #######.

I have version 3.5.8 on this here desktop. On my notebook I have the 3.6. Not had issues with either....so far.

I switched to Rich Text Editor and now I have no problems.

Hi Carla,

I'm having to switch to standard text in order to post this. I've cleaned out my cache, dumped all my temporary internet files and it's still happening. If I'm in the rich text mode, there is no visible cursor and it won't allow me to click drag to delete or replace text.

I've been running 3.6 since it came out and I've had no problems.

It's so weird how sometimes things will work for one person and show up all wacky for another person.

IME, it's usually addons/extensions or OS differences (or a combination of the two, but usually the former) when a few people have a problem in one version and lots of people don't.

I'm only able to compose in a plain text mode with this new VJ format, and the cursor was disappearing only when I was in rich text mode. Is there a rich text mode in this new format? I can't seem to find how to toggle between the two.
