Hello, Im not sure if the US Embassy in Pakistan has changed there ways of doing things. But My case after being approved from CSC and NVC was mailed to the Embassy in Pakistan on September 18 09. We did not hear anything from them until I emailed them several times and recieved a response on Feb 24th that the 3.5 instruction packet was mailed on September 29th. I told them that my fiance never recieved the packet. The consular informed me to mail all necessary documents needed and that I didnt need to wait for the 3.5 packet as everything was being done electronically. So we sent the documents on March 5 2010. And Today on March 11th my fiance recieved a call from the courier service which is American Express in Islamabad informing him that his interview was tomorrow and to bring the reciept of the documents mailed to the Embassy. They never asked him to bring any medical report or passport. Im extremely worried about what will happen. Is this how they do it now? Arent they suppose to inform you before you interview date to get a medical report. Im lost! Please help!
