You will. I can see it, soon you'll be in usa haha. I think you have more chance than me once your petition(humanitarian revalidation) is ok more likely your cspa will be ok because your still young in case youll become over age. If it will take 30 days than its good for you but the problem is well hopefully you will graduate before your petition arrive because you only have 6 months before it expires so hopefully you'll graduate this year. You have board exam too right? hehe goodluck. Regarding the nurse thing yep they are very much full but there's a big difference when your here in ph and your in us i have a cousin who was able to go to us 6 months ago through marriage i think it only took her 1 month to get a work which is not in the hospital but in the facility but still her salary is $28 per hour which is not bad. Her salary per month is my salary for 2 years lol a very big difference. I dont work in the hospital i work as company nurse. Ill pm you something. Goodluck to us just pray ;)

Thanks for adding

Well i asked my dad how long our case was processed he told me that it took us 1-2 years well hopefully in your case that wont happen. I dunno why it took that long, but months after the death of petitioner they already hired a lawyer. Engineering exams is hard haha thats why goodluck. Well hopefully my cspa will be ok if my CSPA will be approved so as yours

Sorry guys for the wrong information but what i stated before was wrong regarding the prices on our attorney it was actually very much less than that "very very" I miss heard it when my mom discussed it to us. That's good news to you guys out there who are interested to hire a lawyer i really recommend him. Especially on CSPA and Humanitarian revalidation case. ;)

i'l still go on myself and then if they deny me the visa then i'l surely contact atty.eugene..i have all papers ready with me so no problems on that front...lets see how it goes on the day of interview..but i haven't done my medical as yet coz in india you cannot do your medical unless your name is mentioned on the appointment letter.in my case my name isn't mentioned but we already paid the fees so hope the CO asks me to get my medicals done and then approve my visa after calculating my age..

Ahh ok well goodluck hopefully you'll get approved but i think your chances is higher with a lawyer because when we got computed without presenting the letter of our lawyer we got denied in their own computation but when we presented our lawyers letter things have change. But goodluck maybe in your case its different.

Any update on your case jm08?

I know someone that had to do a Humanitarian Revalidation. If you are able to show that it will be a hardship on you and your family to not get the visa and the degree of the situation, you're more likely to get approved criss. Is there anyone helping you right now? Try to do it on your own and if you think it's too complicated, seek help from a lawyer. Goodluck to the both of you!
