First of all, I want to say thank you to everyone for helping me. (I couldn't find any topics related to this :))

Part 6:

number 22b: I checked "Self-employed as a/an" ________ Then title of my job?

number 23: "My current individual annual income is" . Is this for current year 2010? or most recent year 2009? If this part is for 2010, then we have to calculate by multiply 52 weeks (weekly), 12 months (monthly)?

Second, I wish everybody whoever want to be united with their family lives happily together.

Another question not regarding to I-864: Can I front-load evidences of bonafide relationship with form I-864 or DS-230? (I know I should front-load these evidences with form I-130, however I didn't include these evidences. I just included my daughter CRBA (Consular Report of Birth Abroad) for evidence of bonafide relationship in I-130). So I just want to know if I can request to put these evidences (time-line of relationship, emails, letters, chat-logs, pictures, flight tickets, etc.) in my files for CO to review it later at this time? Or I have to wait until my wife to take them with her on the interview?

Self employed state their current income as the amount on line 22 of the most current tax return. I've never heard of "middle-loading" a case file. It can't hurt to try but make sure she has hard copies of everything to carry to the interview regardless.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Thanks for quick reply Pushbrk :).

I thought I have to state my adjusted gross income (line 37 not the total income on line 22). Am I right? (It's a big different between these two. My total income is about $30K, but my adjusted gross income is $22K. I'm sort of $1K for 125% poverty (family of 3)). NVC will look at the total income or the adjusted gross income? I'm confusing. :)

Look on the instructions. It says if you filed a 1040EZ, they look at ADJUSTED gross income. If you file any other type of 1040, they look at TOTAL income.
