Rcv'd the hardcopy of the NOA2 in the mail today !! :dance::dance:

Also, just for grins I checked the USCIS website one more time and I had a "touch" on 03/08/2010 .... I figure it was either sent out on the 8th or maybe NVC rcv'd it on the 8th !!! :D ( NOA2 said it was mailed on the 4th )

Think I'll start the ritual of calling NVC tonight and learn about this automated system I have been reading about.

Hey Congrats! And you just gave me the idea to vist that USCIS site "just one more time". Mine was touched on 3/8, 3/9 and 3/10. I was notified 3/10 by email and txt msg that I was approved on 3/9..... so the 3/10 touch could be them sending my file to NVC.... :dance:

2010/02/16: NOA-1 issued

2010/02/17: Check cashed (no legible receipt number on back)

2010/02/22: NOA-1 hardcopy received

2010/04/02: Touched

2010/04/04: Touched again (Easter Sunday?!?)

2010/04/05: Email/text notification of NOA-2

2010/04/05: NOA-2 Notice Date on I-797

2010/04/12: I-129F received by NVC

2010/04/15: I-129F petition left NVC for Moscow

2010/04/16: I-129F petition enjoys a layover in Cincinnati, OH

Yeah, you're CR-1 that's a bit more involved at NVC. For the Fiance Visas, they just turn and burn us. We're in, and most times, out of there in a matter of days. I got 4 touches just coz they like they way I feel! :lol:

But yeah....you're being touched which is good because it means that some activity is happening with your file. At least it's not stuck at the bottom of the pile, or hiding the cracks...:) Good luck and hope you have a good journey!!
