quick question though: Did you get this e-mail during the day? I thought all e-mails/ updates only happened at night?

I was touched twice yestarday. At 5pm ET, there was no update. Then at 10pm ET, message changed to approved. I guess they were open in California when on east cost we were going to sleep. So, yes Email can come anytime depending on when they work on the petition.

After so many touches and name correction, I have got an email for my I130 that they need more evidence. I am waiting for the letter. Now I am really counting on K3. I hope like all of you guys mine gets approved soon:) I am really happy that the process is moving. My dates are same as Chris&0. Keep me in your prayers.
