The currency's value is the same in all the states. Not sure where your state's rights has to do with the balance of trade.

Being strongly states-rights means the social fabric has a reasonable chance of holding together here when the federal government collapses with the value of federal reserve notes :)

Tinfoil hats are for ignorant kooks. I had a proper faraday cage mesh applied to the inside of my skull by qualified medical professionals! :) [And sometimes it makes me see reaaalllllyyy pretty colors! :)]

Funny though, how every other successful country in 2010 is heading towards a stronger and more efficient federal government.
