So Birdygirl85 Did you hear from them ? Did you get your NOA1?

I haven't gotten my NOA1 yet, but I checked my bank account just now and my check is cashed! Yaaaay! I feel so happy now. :D At least now I know they got it and it didn't get lost in the mail.

Behind the check there is a number that start with WAC, if you go on the uscis website you can track your case. ;)

So I got my NOA1 today in the mail. :) I updated my timeline... When it says "Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between May 24, 2010 and June 28, 2010" does that mean I will probably get our NOA2 or RFE sometime then?

I think you are good about RFE for now, I am not 100% sure maybe people can confirm that. Anyone ?

Yes, that is an estimation date for NOA2 but it can still come sooner ...or later. I try not to think too much about it because I don't want to be disappointed if it doesn't come on time ( Even though, I secretly hope for April !!!! :innocent: )

I although notice that the estimation date changed a little bit, it says now ( between the may 22nd and june 18th).

I am hoping to be with my "cheri" by late July. I don't know if it's realistic or not but I like to think that is possible.

I havn't seen him since late January. I am afraid that If I get a B2 while waiting, I will be turned away at the border because of a prior overstayed.

Yeah that's a rough guess timeline based on VJ filers updating their timelines. And of course you are hoping you don't get an REF... If everything goes well, you should be seeing an NOA2 by the dates in your timeline. If you get an REF then your timeline will get a bit longer.

Just saw someone who got their NOA1 on 2/8 and got their NOA2 46 days later. Seems like the February filers are getting their stuff processed at lighting speed. Hopefully we March filers get a similar result.
