My fiancee and I had our K1 interview on Thursday. We were approved!!

Thanks to all of those who have posted their experieces on this forum we were well prepared and everything went smoothly. !!!

congratulations to all march filers who have passed thier interviews!!!im so happpy to let you all know that we also passed the interview and i will be flying to vegas this september.and to those who are still waiting keep the faith and more power!!!!

Congrats to all march filers that get approved (NOA2 and interview)

Does the following step (AOS etc..) continue on this forum ? or should I go in an other one ?

07/29/2010 - K-1 Visa Received ! (141 days later)

08/10/2010 - POE

08/13/2010 - Married !

01/17/2011 - Greencard Received !

10/17/2014 - applying for Naturalization

Well Petteri's visa was ready to pick up yesterday! He was told at the interview that it would take a week and a half to two weeks to be ready, when it only took 3 days, haha. :P He's picking it up today. I also posted a review of his interview in my profile, if anyone wants to read it. It's pretty short though. After all his interview was really short. I was really surprised they only asked him three questions.

I haven't start the process yet, I filled some forms but I am not ready to go back on the crasy process ! I took a look at what I need to do and I feel like the k1 was just a nice appetizer ! :bonk:

I'd just thought I'd update to say Petteri bought his plane tickets. October 25th! I can't wait! :luv: We'll get to spend Halloween together, his first Halloween ever! :halloween:

An update from my side: our visa was not granted, they asked for more proof of relationship. =( Planning to submit additional proof by this week and hopefully, things will go well.

Aww Iqha I'm sorry to hear that! Have you been able to submit additional proof yet?

Yes, we submitted them on the 18th. We will know in 2 weeks if they grant us a visa or we are sent in AP (admin processing). Of course, no one really knows the timeline for AP. Hey, I see Petteri is finally coming home on Monday...how exciting. :)
