I'm STILL waiting for my transcripts of my tax returns. I'm starting to get really frustrated. I sent them almost a month ago. That's the only thing we are waiting on... I'm starting to wonder if I should just send my own copies of my tax returns, even though I know it's preferred to send them in transcripts... *sigh* :(

I guess it depends on the Embassy but we just used copies of the tax returns. Our you sure you need the tax transcripts? You know you bring in the tax transcripts the day of the interview if you want.

Yes I know we can probably just use copies of my tax returns. But I read that some consulates prefer to see them in transcript form. I thought it would be better that way. And in the end it's fine. Yes I had to wait for them for a while, but my fiance is planning to move in November, even though he'll get his visa earlier then that. He might move a bit earlier, but with everything he has to do before moving, he thinks November 16 will be the date. But once I get those tax return transcripts in the mail I'm sending everything to him that he'll need for the interview. I want to get the interview over with as soon as possible just so I wont have to worry about it anymore. (I just feel kind of worried because I don't make a lot of money but I own a house and it's all paid off so I think it will be fine since you can use assets...) I'll just feel so much better when he passes his interview and we'll be done that.

:( Indeed. He had a lot of free time until this week and now he's back on a project... so I will go by myself. I am stressing a little because they are going to bug me for my overstay and I don't really know what to say about that...I was just being stupid and I didn't know the consequences.Plus we were just friends at the time and I would have never thought I was going to apply for a visa next year !

I am gathering a lot of pictures from his trip to France in January and I am asking people that met him to write a supportive letters

I printed our emails since we start dating and I have all the letters and phone bills... and finally the most romantic of all !! the engagement ring receipt !

Well ...We put the romanticism on the side when he started to fill the I134 :D but we will have plenty of years to catch up with diner and week-ends ! I don't know about you but I feel like the last part is the hardest ! I can't wait to see him again.

Good luck on waiting, hopefully couples will be together before the fall

I know there's a thread for March K-1 filers at Vermont Service Center. Can't seem to find it. Anyone?

Here you go: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/244884-march-2010-filers-vermont-service-center/

I finally got my tax return transcripts, after a month of waiting. Now I'll just have to get everything together and sent off to my sweetie. Yay.

Happy to say that Ying is now in America! I am so glad she is here and I am done with the K1. Now on to the wedding and the AOS ppw. The POE was very painless. Good luck for those still waiting for NOA2 and interview dates.

Thank you! I wish you all the best too. I think I got everything ready so far. One last check (or maybe two) today and then the day before the interview. I booked my hotel and train ride already, so I'm all set :)

I called te embassy here yesterday to make sure about te medical. We can have it anywhere in Germany (any of the listed panel phyisicans) which is good. It definitely makes it easier for me, because I won't have to stay more than one night in Frankfurt then. I'm having my medical today, in three hours. One more step taken care of :)

Good luck again!!
