Wow, it sure is weird to me that people that have gotten their NOA1 after me have gotten approved already, and I haven't even gotten a touch since March 24. But I know that happens, nothing goes in order or is it fair. The waiting game is hard though. I hope something happens within the next week.

Sent email to Bangkok Embassy on May 4th and they just answered it today. They said they received her case on April 28th and sent the packet 3 on May 7th. This was a relief because we already sent our completed packet 3 to the Embassy on May 5th. Hope we get an interview date sometime this week.

2010-02-26: Mailed I-129F to CSC via USPS Priority

2010-02-27: Recieved by CSC

2010-03-01: NOA1

2010-03-02: Check Cashed

2010-04-20: "Touched"

2010-04-20: USCIS Online NOA2 Approval (No email or text received)

2010-04-26: NOA2 Hard copy received in the mail.

2010-04-26: Confirmed NVC received

2010-04-28: NVC Shipped case to Bangkok Embassy

2010-05-03: Embassy recieved

2010-05-05: Packet 3 sent to Embassy

2010-05-10: Embassy received Packet 3

2010-06-01: Ying receives phone call from US Embassy about interview date.

2010-06-22: Interview Passed!! Experience

2010-06-29: Pick up VISA

2010-07-02: Fly to USA

I just did! Seriously, I got an email from USCIS a few minutes ago saying our they approved our I129F Petition! I didn't even get a new touch since March and I was checking my USCIS account a few times today to see if I would get a touch. :lol: So yay! I'm happy... One step done in our journey...

congrats! ive had problems when logging in on the uscis website and checking my status (validation error). anyone else had difficulties with it?

yes, their system is broken now, give them sometime to fix, try again later.

* It was reported to us that your computer or internet gateway has been locked out for a select period of time. This is due to an unusually high rate of use. If you feel this has occurred incorrectly, please contact the Customer Service Center for assistance at 1.800.375.5283."

:lol: True, I was trying to log in in a lot yesterday, but I think I did maybe four times at the most, so I was thinking it was pretty weird I was getting this message, and I still am. Luckily I got the the email last night saying our petition was approved, so at least I was able to find out someway.

hi, you not alone on the error message. I got it too. maybe its a general message when their network is down..lol. just guessing tho. you dont need to worry you got a comfirmation message from them.
