Hi everyone, My fiancé just IM'ed me, he got the packet 3 notice with his instructions in the mail, it was dated 2010-04-28.

Glad to see all the touches and some NOA2's as well here. GONGRATS everyone!

2010-03-05 NOA1 Receipt

2010-04-14 NOA2 Received email that our I-129F application was approved

2010-04-20 NOA2 hard copy received, Petition sent to NVC

2010-04-20 NVC sent Petition sent to embassy

2010-04-21 Called NVC and got case number

2010-04-23 Petition received at London Embassy

2010-04-28 Packet 3 letter of instructions from the London Embassy

2010-05-10 Medical appointment scheduled

2010-05-10 Passed medical, embassy will get report by Thursday

2010-06-19 Sent in packet 3

2010-07-07 Received appointment letter

2010-07-23 Interview Day

2010-07-23 Approoved!

2010-08-05 Recieved visa

Timeline

Anyone else got touches the last few days and hasn't heard anything yet? Usually the pattern is that when there is a touch after waiting a while there's either an RFE or an NOA2. Had touches on Saturday and Monday but never heard anything.

03/22/2010 - Touched

05/01/2010 - Touched

05/03/2010 - Touched

05/11/2010 - NVC Sent Case to Embassy

05/12/2010 - Embassy Received

06/17/2010 - Packet 3 received (1st one lost in the mail)

08/20/2010 - Packet 4 and Interview Date received

09/14/2010 - Interview.....Approved

09/21/2010 - Visa received

As for me, NVC sent my case to Delhi Embassy on April 30th.

And Im looking at your timeline ..we got our NOA2 on 4/26/10 and Im trying to figure out how quick it moves thru NVC and on to UK...my fiancee has a job and hes trying to figure out when the best time to tell them is..and best of luck to everyone on their touches!!!all good thoughts :thumbs::star:

3/12/10 Signed up to receive email/text updates on USCIS.gov

4/27/10 "Touched" on USCIS.gov

4/26/10 "Approved"..on 4/26/10, the USCIS mailed me a notice that they have APPROVED this I129F Petiton for Fiance..;)))

5/3/10 NOA2 Received hard copy in the mail-NVC processing takes 2-4 weeks so from 5/10-5/24 and then it will be sent to the London Embassy.

5/15/10 Received letter from National Visa Ctr(NH)

5/21/10 Gary receives Packet 3

Packet 3 is the list of documents the Embassy will send your fiance/fiancee in order to recieve the interview. Check the US Embassy Candada website to see if they have the packet contents listed. You and your fiance/fiancee should start working on these now.

2010-02-26: Mailed I-129F to CSC via USPS Priority

2010-02-27: Recieved by CSC

2010-03-01: NOA1

2010-03-02: Check Cashed

2010-04-20: "Touched"

2010-04-20: USCIS Online NOA2 Approval (No email or text received)

2010-04-26: NOA2 Hard copy received in the mail.

2010-04-26: Confirmed NVC received

2010-04-28: NVC Shipped case to Bangkok Embassy

2010-05-03: Embassy recieved

2010-05-05: Packet 3 sent to Embassy

2010-05-10: Embassy received Packet 3

2010-06-01: Ying receives phone call from US Embassy about interview date.

my fiancee is also employed in a position that will be hard for her company to replace. Her boss talked to her yesterday about when she would be leaving and she suggested the begining of August to which her boss responded can we make it September?? I am hoping they understand her position and won't make it tough for her to leave.

hello! What does it say when you go under your receipt number for your case? does it still say Initial Review in the body of that paragraph? I never got an email or a text...it was just updated there...good luck!

Hello! I have never had luck figuring out what the ppw needed is..it seems from the site that an I864 is needed..and perhaps copies of my taxes as sponsor..but what on his side? Yea i find that website confusing lol :blush:
