Wow how exciting! I hope that means I get a touch soon too, I have been checking everyday! :lol: Especially now since so many March filers are getting their NOA2. I hope you get your NOA2 soon!

Thank you!! I hope you guys get a touch or better NOA2 soon. I really hope that this means NOA2 and not RFE...crossing my fingers and waiting and checking impatiently.

Jan 2005: we first met and started dating

03/11/2010: I-129F sent

04/29/2010: touched and NOA2

05/17/2010: Consulate Frankfurt

05/19/2010: Package 3 received

07/02/2010: Packet 4 received

07/07/2010: Medical Exam in Munich

07/21/2010: Visa interview in Frankfurt - APPROVED

11/28/2010: POE

12/27/2010: Wedding

When I got my approval I had a touch around mid-day and the approval late that night. I can see NOA2 coming for you guys very soon! Good luck!

2010-02-26: Mailed I-129F to CSC via USPS Priority

2010-02-27: Recieved by CSC

2010-03-01: NOA1

2010-03-02: Check Cashed

2010-04-20: "Touched"

2010-04-20: USCIS Online NOA2 Approval (No email or text received)

2010-04-26: NOA2 Hard copy received in the mail.

2010-04-26: Confirmed NVC received

2010-04-28: NVC Shipped case to Bangkok Embassy

2010-05-03: Embassy recieved

2010-05-05: Packet 3 sent to Embassy

2010-05-10: Embassy received Packet 3

2010-06-01: Ying receives phone call from US Embassy about interview date.

2010-06-22: Interview Passed!! Experience

2010-06-29: Pick up VISA

2010-07-02: Fly to USA

I just received a text from CSC literally seconds ago, just as I logged on here to wait for my honey to wake up and get online, boy is she going to be in for a big surprise...

our case was updated it said so I logged onto the website and this is what I found...

Post-Decision Activity

On April 29, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I have read it over a few times now and it says the same thing each time

No NOA2 for us... its an RFE instead. Have to admit I'm a bit surprised, I was really careful with all the forms and included lots of primary and secondary evidence of having met.

I am sorry to hear that, hopefully it will be minor and can be corrected quickly. I am sure that like me you went over your packet a million times before sending it in. I was worried as heck that I didn't put captions on the pictures I sent and that they didn't even have dates.

Keep your head up. You should get the RFE within 5 days and the CSC processes the CSC rather quickly once you reply. Atleast you know they are working on your file

Easily correctible, Im sure......it could have happened to any of us....so good luck and I know you will be able to get to that NOA2 soon enough...all the best.

Congrats!! lucky you!!

My was approved same day as yours, but for me it is an issue!!

My approved application is neither with NVC nor with the consulate.

USCIS told me that, it is send to "listed consulate" in NOA2, and today they says that it should not be send to NVC but it is send "directly to listed consulate" (Mumbai).

But Mumbai consulate says that they haven't received it, so query NVC on you approved application (K1).

Hope there should be way to track the approved application after it is send by USCIS to appropriate Center (NVC or Foreign consulate).
