I was hoping I would get a touch today, it would of been a nice birthday present for me. :lol: But hopefully sometime soon we'll get a touch. It would be neat to get a touch or even better, a NOA2 next week. May 3rd is our 5th anniversary. :luv:

Congrats to everyone who has gotten their NOA2's already. I'm happy March filers are getting them.

We got approved yesterday.....it says it was "touched" 4/27/10..but the approval was mailed 4/26/10....................WOW :dance: !!!! good luck to those next in line for HAPPINESS!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

3/2/10 I129-F submitted by USPS Express Mail with Money Order

3/4/10 Received by USCIS-Laguna Niguel,CA

3/5/10 NOA Notice Date

3/8/10 "Touched"

3/9/10 Received USPS Receipt Confirmation Postcard

3/12/10 NOA1 received in mail

3/12/10 Signed up to receive email/text updates on USCIS.gov

4/27/10 "Touched" on USCIS.gov

4/26/10 "Approved"..on 4/26/10, the USCIS mailed me a notice that they have APPROVED this I129F Petiton for Fiance..;)))

5/3/10 NOA2 Received hard copy in the mail-NVC processing takes 2-4 weeks so from 5/10-5/24 and then it will be sent to the London Embassy.

5/15/10 Received letter from National Visa Ctr(NH)

5/21/10 Gary receives Packet 3

Congratulations! It feels great doesn't it? CSC isn't messing around! Give it about 5 days and NVC should recieve your approval. I called today and got my NVC Case Number BNK2010616-XXX.

2010-02-26: Mailed I-129F to CSC via USPS Priority

2010-02-27: Recieved by CSC

2010-03-01: NOA1

2010-03-02: Check Cashed

2010-04-20: "Touched"

2010-04-20: USCIS Online NOA2 Approval (No email or text received)

2010-04-26: NOA2 Hard copy received in the mail.

2010-04-26: Confirmed NVC received

2010-04-28: NVC Shipped case to Bangkok Embassy

2010-05-03: Embassy recieved

2010-05-05: Packet 3 sent to Embassy

2010-05-10: Embassy received Packet 3

2010-06-01: Ying receives phone call from US Embassy about interview date.

2010-06-22: Interview Passed!! Experience

2010-06-29: Pick up VISA

2010-07-02: Fly to USA

Congratulations! It feels great doesn't it? CSC isn't messing around! Give it about 5 days and NVC should recieve your approval. I called today and got my NVC Case Number BNK2010616-XXX.

; :: YES! It feels so fantastic and a relief!!! Yday I was in tears bcuz it seemed like so many approvals were happening for others on a similar timeline..now I am crying from sheer JOY!!! What a long road this is!! Congrats to you Richard :dance: and GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!

Got the NVC letter today, called up and got an interview date at the Manila Embassy! They had dates open from May 6th onward, man that's fast! I scheduled for June 1st in order to have time for medical, and so I can be there for the interview. YAY!!!

The NVC schedules interviews (at least in Manila), so as long as they have issued a foreign case number, you can schedule your interview!

Another Step Complete:

Called NVC early this morning and they said that they are still processing my case and to call back tomorrow. I just called 5 mins ago and they said the case was shipped to the embassy today. Now my case is in the hands of DHL! Whoo Hoo!!! :dance:
