Congrats richardying! I'm so happy for you two!

Gosh, I am still waiting for my tax return transcripts. We have everything ready besides that! I sent the request for my tax return transcripts on June 1st, and I can't help but feel kind of frustrated that I still haven't received it. I'm starting to wonder if my request got lost in the mail on it's way to California... I doubt it, but I start to wonder.

I am very sorry to hear that you are a bit upset because of waiting. It's just that some embassies aren't as busy as others, and they don't work in the same way, procedures are a bit different. In my P3 I only got instructions on where to do my medical and what documents to gather. I finished that in just a few days and I called the embassy straight away. It was Thursday when I called and the CO told me to come on Tuesday. I didn't need to send my documents back to the embassy, I'll have to bring them with me to the interview. If I get approved, my visa should be ready the next day.

Bosnia is a very small country and I guess that's a good thing when it comes to procedures like this one is.

Try to be patient, I know it's hard but that's all you can do at this point.

Hello All!!

Firstly, I would like to say that this site has been very helpful with my I-129f application. Now to the problem... I filed an I-129 F application and I received the NOA1 dated March 11th. My case was "touched" on March 16th and now.....nothing.

I have called the 800 # a few times and they said that I cannot open an investigation on this case unless it's been 5 months since March 11th!!!

Do you guys have any other suggestions?

Please help. :(

It seems like VSC has longer waiting time than CSC. I know waiting is hard but hang in there. :) It appears there are few Vermont March filers still waiting for their NOA2...please see the link below...

I'm STILL waiting for my transcripts of my tax returns. I'm starting to get really frustrated. I sent them almost a month ago. That's the only thing we are waiting on... I'm starting to wonder if I should just send my own copies of my tax returns, even though I know it's preferred to send them in transcripts... *sigh* :(

Did you use the automated telephone system for the IRS? I used that and got mine in less than two weeks, so I find the delay on yours to be suspect! Is there an option to talk to a real live person? I'd call again rather than continue waiting.

I'm the USC petitioner.

I had my interview today. They asked for I-134 form and last year's tax returns (no paystubs, no employment letter, nothing.. but it's not the same in every consulate). My boyfriend never asked for transcripts, he just found his own copy and sent it to me. It had 8 pages in total, and the CO took only two of them and gave the rest back to me. I think you too should send that, it should be fine. Don't stress about it anymore. This whole process gave me like thousands of headaches, I believe that the situation is the same with 95% of people here. Just don't wait anymore, send him what you have so he can make an appointment for the interview. By the time he goes to his his interview you will most likely have your transcripts so even if he gets refused and asked to bring transcripts you will be able to send that to him by his next interview.

Congrats on passing your interview! And actually I called the IRS today and talked to a live person. :P And he told me that the transcripts were sent to me on June 24. So it should be here soon... But I have thought that I should just send my own copies of my tax returns to my fiance. But since I was told they were sent only a few days ago, I'll give it a few more days. I feel better about it now.
