4-29-2010 NOA2 APPROVED

thanks to everyone here, i couldnt have got through it without the help of VJ. I was so flabbergasted when i seen that, i had to put my glasses on get the notice out and double check on 2 computers. then i got the text.... :D

2010-02-27: Recieved by CSC

2010-03-01: NOA1

2010-03-02: Check Cashed

2010-04-20: "Touched"

2010-04-20: USCIS Online NOA2 Approval (No email or text received)

2010-04-26: NOA2 Hard copy received in the mail.

2010-04-26: Confirmed NVC received

2010-04-28: NVC Shipped case to Bangkok Embassy

2010-05-03: Embassy recieved

2010-05-05: Packet 3 sent to Embassy

2010-05-10: Embassy received Packet 3

2010-06-01: Ying receives phone call from US Embassy about interview date.

2010-06-22: Interview Passed!! Experience

2010-06-29: Pick up VISA

Hi everyone

Just received the NOA2 hard copy in the mail. It says that the USCIS has fowarded our original visa petition to the Dept. of State NVC in Portsmouth NH. All further inquiries should be directed to the NVC. It also states processing should be complete within 2-4 weeks after receiving the petition from the USCIS.

Good luck everyone.

2010-03-05 NOA1 Receipt

2010-03-08 Touched

2010-04-14 NOA2 Received email that our I-129F application was approved

2010-04-20 NOA2 hard copy received, Petition sent to NVC

2010-04-21 Called NVC and got case number

2010-04-23 Petition received at London Embassy

2010-04-28 Packet 3 letter of instructions from the London Embassy

2010-05-10 Medical appointment scheduled

Thank you for the congrats! To tell you the truth I am in shock and very happy, I can hardly contain myself. My hands are still shaking and I am reading it over and over again. now I have gone to the NVC site to read some more.

Our time line

2010-03-02 I-129F Application sent to CSC

2010-03-04 Check cashed

2010-03-05 NOA1 Receipt

jrodriguez : you may want to edit your signature and type the right date ! You were probably so excited about NOA2 that you didn't notice it :P .

It doesn't really change anything but it make it easier to look at your timeline.
