Ahh yes. It's no coincidence that everyone has the same issue with you and your response, or lack of, when pressed for details.

I don't care how out there an idea is, if you are going to ridicule the ideas or views of others, you better have an awesome idea of your own. Idea as in well thought out points of view or alternative solution. Idea certainly does not mean wit. Then again you have spent a good five years weaseling your way out of them.

In point of fact, you did not offer any "ideas", I know you get carried away in these threads and start to believe that the sum of your contributions is more than it is, but your postings in this thread amount to ridiculing others and complaining about being "unfairly" labelled a racist.

Actually that was Paul talking about AA. I was talking about recognizing achievements based on race - which encompassed black history month.

The discussion of illegal aliens went back the original issue of the raids and profiling.

I agree. Let's build a 40-foot wall around the country and have guard towers set up every 100ft. or so. The border guards should have machine guns in case something happens and we'll put up huge searchlights so we can see even on the darkest night. We'll also have barbed wire around the outside for further protection. Since all this is going to be expensive, we'll limit the amount of time that our citizens can enter or leave the country, so we can devote all our resources watching for the illegals. It might be a good idea to impose a curfew so that our citizens can only be out on the streets at certain times and a loud siren will let the people know when it's time to come in. In the interest of public safety, will encoursage citizens to stay in their houses at certain times, anyone outside their house after curfew must be an illegal and will be shot. We'll also be able to track down all the illegals in the country since we will issue all our citizens a unique identifier number and brightly colored uniforms so that we can see them at all times. What a great idea, I like your thinking.

Sounds good to me. Anyone seen crossing the border not at a POE should be shot on sight, no questions asked.

News flash for you: the United States of America is a sovereign nation and anyone crossing the border without authorization is an invasion. The exact type of activity the US military is trained to repel.

P.S. - Yes, the Navy should patrol the coastline as well. I think the 16" gun on modern battleships will dispatch an invasion force on rowboats quite nicely.
