We'll reverse the onus and trample on the rights of citizens and premanent residents. You're white, male and speak English (presumably), 90+% of all serial killers in the United States are white, male and speak English, ergo we should question you at length about all murders in your area. Serials killers are not a serious problem to the United States. Yet had they been, you are more than welcome to profile me for the safety of others. I'll even sit at the back of the bus or at counters designated for white boys only.

There's millions more illegals than there are serial killers, so you can try and make your argument, but it is quite different.

I mean the simplest things here work: Person gets pulled over, can't speak English... Well, then maybe they should be looked into a little bit more.

I'm not saying just because they 'look' Hispanic they should be stopped and questioned, but if there's another reason why they're already doing illegal or being questioned and they fit the bill, why the hell not?

That's exactly what you just argued. The actus reus argument used in your duck analogy goes beyond probable cause so it is in essence the observation of a crime by the police officer. What are you arguing? Which is more important do you suppose an illegal or a serial killer and which should warrant more police attention. Perhaps that is a question that you should ponder.

How many times do Peejay and I need to post about a raid from ICE, only to have Americans lining up around the corner to sign up for a job the next day. This country was built on the backs of Italians, Irish and African slaves. So I don't buy for a second that they are now too lazy and that only Mexicans are capable of doing the work.

Americans are the folks who needs to have the opportunity to work first - especially in their own damn country. Nowhere in the bloody Constitution of yours does it say take care of the poor of Mexico, while your own folks live on the streets. Time to get off the forums run by educated white collar facebook types and turn on the news for a change.

Mexicans aren't the only illegals in the United States, there are quite a few Canadians, Irish and others illegally in the United States working and taking jobs from Americans. You transpose your rodomontade against illegal workers into an excuse to blame the Mexicans for everything. US workers, who are willing to work are great but many would rather work and then collect benefits or just not try. That is the sad truth. I have been down this road with them before. Even a bombardment of facts didn't get them to budge. I once illustrated using government stats that over 55% of the nation's gang bangers are Hispanic. Apparently this chart meant that I am a no-good stereotyping, bigoted, dirty racist. The data was only addressed with an expected 'it doesn't apply to everyone', which I never said it did but they just couldn't accept that certain cultures are more prone to gangs than others.

It's the same deal with your thread regarding who is having the most babies thread. The devil is in the detail and many pro-illegal aliens refuse to answer detailed questions. Well what they will answer with is the expected (stock-standard) 'we are all people or a nation of immigrants' horseshit but never actually put the numbers on paper.

One of my favorite questions that I am waiting on an answer for, for about two years now, is: If we cannot profile or stereotype then can someone tell we what visa class this massive influx of Hispanics are using? This way I can advise folks from other nations to use the same visa. That is, considering that there is no actual generic visa into the US of course.

Actually less than 1% of illegal aliens are from Canada and Ireland. My source is the DHS, as linked above. Whereas 62% of illegal aliens are from Mexico, which too is listed in the link above. Country in position 2. El Salvador only makes up 5%.
