Hello,

Me again, I understand that IMBRA is for the people who used an international marriage broker. I also know the new forms for I-129f ask you to check if you used one or not at box 19. We DIDNT use one, we actually met on an online game we both played. So if you didnt use one you just check no and thats it or do you have to send them evidence proving you didnt use one? I didnt see anything on the form asking for proof, and maybe Im just being lazy and not looking hard enough to find the answer for this. But any help would be appriecated.

How does it happen, Great love?... Noone knows.. But I what I do know is it happens in a blink of an eye. One minutes your happily living your life and the next your wondering how you ever lived without them.

You're right, just check "no". On Question 18, you'll be asked to describe how you've met. So you can start with telling you've met playing an online game and how/when you've met each other in person (should be within the last 2 years). You'll also be asked to provide evidence of such meeting.

Please note that IMBRA is not just about having met through a marriage broker. It's also about having certain criminal convictions and a certain number of K applications within a short period of time.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

Ah thanks :) Well crimnal convictions arent an issue either, we are both squeeky clean without so much as even a speeding ticket, and this is the first time either of us have ever filed for any kind of visa or form even related to immigration etc. So all should be good on that front. Thanks again so much!
