Nobody can tell you what will be good enough. The most important evidence of a bona fide relationship is evidence of time spent together in person. You mention nothing about that. Second most important is evidence of regular communication. In general, I usually advise against using evidence of the USC supporting the foreign spouse as evidence but depending on the circumstances it can be good.

What evidence do you have of the time you've spent together? Did you ever live in the same country?

Oh yes, i forgot to write that,,

this is no problem, i was visiting my wife regularly,,

here is our history,,

April 2002 she become my fiance, i move to U.S.A

September 2004 -November 2004 i visit my fiance and she become my wife during my visit . i spend with her 45 days.

August 2005 -November 2005 i visit my wife and stay with her for 90 days

August 2006 -November 2006 i visit my wife and stay with her for 100 days.

August 2007 -November 2007 i visit my wife and stay with her for 110 days.

June 2009 i come to visit my wife and i am still here, i decide to stay with her till her immigration process is done.

There was no visit during 2008 since i was in process to become U.S.A and i was waiting to become U.S.A citizen so this time i could stay longer with my wife.

So since we been married we spent 540 days or 45 month together, till this day,and i am still here with my wife.

I have some of airline ticket but not all of them , but i will call my travel agent and ask them to give them if they still have them.

have you written an evolution of relationship letter?

USUALLY, for I-130, the evidence presented BACKS UP the data points presented in the EOR.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

If you have boarding passes, great. Otherwise your passport stamps will be fine. I would just color copy your entire passport and skip all the evidence of financial support. She could have it with her but don't "offer" it as evidence unless asked. Your strong evidence is all those visits. It will overwhelm anything else you could possibly provide.

Just write a story about your relationship...trips and things that have happened since you submitted the I-130..or if you never wrote one initially, go ahead and write one now.

I took a ton of proofs of our marriage and was asked for none at the interview, but I am still glad I took it, even if just for peace of mind. Make sure you have your 2009 taxes ready. I had my interview on April 2 and was asked for my taxes (even though they were not due). Luckily I had done them and had a copy. That was the only thing they wanted from me.
