I have bought a few items on Ebay before, but I have never sold anything there.

Now i have a few stuff i want to sell on ebay, my questions

I see there are Buy now options

Bid options

So my main question, at what point do you pay for the listings, if the item doesn't sell within that time limit, do you have to pay again if the item experired without a buy or a final bid.

Once you have a buyer, I have already a paypal account that i use to purchase stuff, how would the reverse work so the buy can send the funds to my paypal account.

Thanks in advance for sharing your personal experiences

Hi! For auction-style listings, the first 5 listings are free - every 30 days.

After that (starting from the 6th listing), you will be charged insertion fees. If the item sells, you will also be charged a final value fee.

You can read more about eBay seller fees at

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/fees.html

and

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/insertion-fee.html

If your item doesn't sell, eBay automatically issues an insertion fee credit to your account if your relisting qualifies (only the first relisting is eligible).

You can read more about it at http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/relist.html

* eBay will send you an invoice each month for your seller fees - you can set up an automatic payment method for this.

When someone pays for your item, the payment goes to your PayPal account (you have to link your PayPal account to your eBay account).

Hope that helps!
