Good Morning Everyone,

My husband has petitioned for both his father & mother. Sent I-130 on 10/30/09 and received NOA on 11/05/09. When I check on the www.uscis.gov website, it still states Initial Review status for both receipt numbers. Is there anything else we need to do right now? Is there a number I need to call to register an email address? Any help would be great!

on the website you can register an e-mail and as soon as it updates with a status change, you will get an e-mail

Call USCIS . The number should be in your NOA1. Call them and just inquire about your case. Makse sure you have your NOA1 in front of you before you call. Let us know what they say ok? T

case complete 8/18/10
