current I-751 instruction link

Hi,

We can't file until the end of April but when I was looking at the links, the pdf link on the government instructions say that they expire on 10/31/09.

Does anyone know of an updated instruction link? I'm assuming that the only real thing that might change is the fee but was trying to start getting the info and form together.

You're right - both the link to the form and instructions (here on VJ) are taking you to the previous revisions of both. A new revision was posted up right around the new year. (Both should have the same 12/30/09 revision date - found bottom/right corner.)

I just mailed my forms out this morning before I saw this post. The forms I submitted are with the old version date 10/2009. Should I be concerned about them sending the packet back?

No - according to USCIS's web statement under Edition "12/30/09. Previous editions accepted"
