Chef Daniel Angerer is letting diners at Klee Brasserie munch on cheese made from his wife's breast milk.

"It tastes like cow's-milk cheese, kind of sweet," he told The Post.

The flavor depends on what the cheese is served with -- Angerer recommends a Riesling -- and "what the mother eats," said Angerer, who once bested Bobby Flay on TV's "Iron Chef."

Breast milk doesn't curdle well due to its low protein content, so a little moo juice has to be added to round out the texture, Angerer said.

Honestly, my first reaction was "eww". But the next thought that popped into my head was "What kind of sick in the head woman 'donates' her breast milk to make cheese?"

1. She wants to be popular.

2. She wants her husband to be known. Old folks say that publicity is publicity, good or bad.

3. He husband is using her so he will be seen and heard.

4. Both of them are trying to be creative.

5. Her milk is dripping excessively.

If the wife is Jewish, would the cheese be kosher? If she was muslim, would the cheese be halal?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
