hi ppl My case was completed on March 4, I would like to know about how much time to wait for an interview in CDJ Im a US citizen married for 5 years and my wife has "never" been to the US.

Be careful with that "never" been to the US. It sounds like you're really saying that she has never been caught being in the US. If that is the case and you or she has represented that she's never been in the US then you are committing misrepresentation which has dire consequences if ever caught.

All it takes is for them to have one small bit of evidence that she has been here or if your "story" seems fishy and they decide to dig a little deeper then you coul dend-up having to move to Mexico to live with your wife.

I'm not accusing you of anything, just making an observation...

well truly she has never been . but I get youre point from what ur saying ? but my question was about how much time do u have to wait to get an interview..

It all depends i.e. visa type, country, and so on. Here on VJ you can do a specific search for the country / consulate your beneficiary will process through. There is plenty of up-to-date information giving you an idea on the approximate time lines and time frames for specific countries and in many cases narrowed down to even the specific consulate.

If you take some time to look around here on VJ. You can find good answers to many of your questions.

I am in the same boat with you, and also going to the same Embassy, CDJ...and tonight, I found out that my case is on the way there too. So, from what I am told from both my attorney and others on here is that CDJ sends a letter telling you the forms are here http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/fianceforms.html and you print them and go there and follow the steps to get the medical and interview. The letter, or 'packet 3' is already online there at that link, so all you need to do is wait until it gets to the Embassy, 3-5 business days...and you should be good. I need all my stuff together too, but its nice to know someone else out there has that worry in the gut feeling too.
