Am I the only one who has not gotten a second RFE or is there any one else? Now I am worried

09/16/2005 Filed K-1 at VSC

12/24/2006 Rec RFE

12/24/2006 Mailed back RFE

01/17/2006 K-1 diened due to lack of evidence we meet in person.

02/06 Hired immigration lawyer

03/24/2006 Left for Mexico to see my honey who had been gone since 09/16/2005

04/01/2006 Got Married

05/01/2006 VSC recieved I-130

05/17/2006 MSC recieved K-3

07/01/2006 Recieved RFE for K-3 IMBRA law

07/14/2006 Usps said MSC recieved package

07/25/2006 I-130 Transfered to California Service Center (????)

08/07/2006-Touched I-130

08/07/2006- I-130 Approved (99 days)

08/07/2006-K-3 Approved (83 Days)

I love you... I waiting just a little longer

Hi traci

CSC I do know has been sending out second RFE's erroneously with IMBRA, perhaps this is the case here......or the second RFE is for additional information or something missing, totally seperate to the IMBRA one you received. That being the case, at least you know they are working on yours. Let us know when you receive the hard copy.

They keep sending mine to my previous address, although I changed it three times already. So I have not gotten my second RFE or a confirmation that they got my first one. All I see is that my case is getting touched almost every day. That gives me hope:)

NVC Processing

07.11.06 Case number assigned

07.24.06 DS 3032/AOS Bill Generated

07.26.2006 DS 3032 via email

07.28.2006 AOS fee paid and overnighted

07.29.06 NVC confirmed getting choice of agent

07.31.2006 Recieved actual AOS/DS 3032 bill via regular mail

07.31.2006 IV Bill generated

08.05.2006 IV bill recieved

08.11.2006 IV Bill Paid sent by mail

08.26.2006 Finally got Affidavit papers by mail

08.28.2006 Sent Affidavit by mail

7.17.2006 Replied to IMBRA RFE 07.18.2006 Touched ( I guess they recieved RFE) 07.24.2006 Touched

7.26.2006 Touched again 7.28.06 Touched again (they keep sending it to the old address) This case is stuck!

Ahhhhh ok, misunderstood your post. The majority of those second RFE's were coming out of CSC not NBC to my knowledge. Not everyone got a second RFE. Someone will correct me if I have missed something.
