Considering that I live with a Russian man (two, if you count our roommate) in Russia by choice, I would hazard a guess that even such a Great Strong American Man would be powerless to liberate me.

Awhile back Eekee would mention a fiancee...a Russian man I think, but have not heard much for quite awhile. Now she's redefined as just an interested party who, for whatever reason, wants to hang around. I don't see an issue except when she sticks her nose into issues she's too young and inexperienced to comment on with any authority or direct knowledge. But if she wants to mouth off...join the club..

I myself said she's a resource for the best hotels in St. Petersburg, where to eat cheap and other tourist/student visa data. Beyond that, she speaks from the American female voice...a voice many of us on here have taken greats lengths to escape.

And, as one would glean from my post provided they have adequate reading comprehension skills, I fall into the Mox camp of keeping personal details off the internet. I do have 4 years of experience in Russian/American relations, which is more than many people in this forum.

We've been over this. Names and pictures mean nothing. You're OK with Mox being the mystery boy but I have to show you my passport. I said my wife is from Siberia...that's far more info than I know about your boyfriend or Mox's wife.

Demanding information? Hardly. Just offering my doubts based on following Mox's posting history for quite awhile. I've noted your doubts about me...though a simple review of my posts will reveal I speak about my life with my wife far more then Mox or you. But then, you're off the hook because this site is not about youngsters shacking up in college.

This is a forum where we discuss our experiences with the family visa process, our lives iwth our RUB spouses (hence the name of the forum). I think it is relevent that I relate my experiences with my wife. I really have no other woman that I have been through the visa process with or share my life with, so Alla is it. I do not discuss publicly, well, details of my life before I met Alla. I did live in Odessa for two years as a single guy with an American salary, overseas bonus and living expense. 'Nuff said? It is enough that Alla never asks any further details.

I actually spell perfectly well, had a very high GPA and minor'd in English (and Alla really does student teach English classes as part of her certification, she is teaching one as I write this) I may have mentioned it before, but will again, I type very fast, incredibly fast, most people that see me type are shocked, They think I am playing or something, especially for someone that never really typed "professionally" but I make a lot of mistakes (fat fingers) and I hit the "post" button and let it fly. This is a public forum posting board I do for fun and to help out people by passing on experience, if I have to proof-read all my posts and correct them, it will cease to be fun. For a living I write very technical and high level reports and analysis for business and government, mistake free, because for a few thousand dollars I will TAKE the time to spell-check and proof read. Sorry, but you guys are my entertainment, I simply am not going to make it into work. If you have ever thought I write a lot (I do) and must spend a lot of time doing this, you would be wrong.

I do not think anyone has ever misunderstood what I wrote. If you have an issue with the content, let's debate it...I can so civilly and withoutcalling you a "communist" which you may be, who knows, but I wouldn't care. If you want to correct my spelling, really, my mother is still alive and she will do it for me if I want.

With regards to all these stupid little "prove you have a wife" games, seriously let's move on ok? If visaveteran were to just throw out "Elena," as his wife's name, would you believe him Gary? And does it really matter? For all I know you're just some pervy dude who takes pictures of your next door neighbor's wife and you pass her off as your own and regale us with your own personal little fantasies. Come to think of it, it sure would explain a lot. For all we know, Slim posed a couple times with a hooker and passes her off as his wife. Maybe Brad and Vika are Brad's second cousin Joe and his wife Natasha. If I put up a picture of a woman who looks Russian posing next to some dude that I claim as myself, will it satisfy you?

I used to post personal information and photos. My signature made Brad's old-school sigs look downright sparten--Slim might remember that far back, I think everyone else from that era is gone. Then I had a run-in with a very disturbed individual who did some very disturbing things. Believe me or not, I don't give two shakes. Suffice it to say that anybody wanting me to provide evidence of anything beyond what I've already posted is going to be sorely disappointed. You can take me at my word or not, I don't really care. And even though visaveteran's also demanded proof, if he doesn't want to share jack about his own relationship with faceless people on the internets then that's alright by me too.

So if you don't believe I or somebody else has a real relationship, and you don't believe I or somebody else belongs here, then take it up with Ewok or report me to a moderator or put me on ignore...or just deal with it. I have nothing to prove, and even if I did, this is the internet. Proof is easily fabricated. So why bother?

Nah. I really don't care. Just fun to mess around. Anyone that doesn't believe me about Alla...There are plenty of VJ members that had their translations done by her. And a couple that she helped personally at the interview and at the POE. Also, y'all are invited to Vermont for skiing and swimming and fishing. I don't mind using my real name occasionally and my wife's also since we are both real people. I would like to think that some of us may actually meet up with each other and how we conduct ourselves on the Internet is completely different.
