Hi,

We paid the IV BILL since March 3 but up to this day it is still "In Process" .

Isn't that too long ? :crying::crying::crying:

Way too long!!!! Did you paid the IV fee before NVC send you the bill ? This could be a reason. But bottom line you should call NVC now because this shouldn't take more than 48 business hours.

Don't worry too much, it's nothing to do with you. The website had horrible horrible maintenance done on it. It's to be expected.

My husband paid both bills online on the 26th and 28th, but we didn't get to show my IV bill as paid until the 10th. So your "Paid" notice will be coming, just give the website maintenance people time to get their fingers out of their butts and do they job properly.
