Hi. I'm about to send all our documents back. Few questions to ask.

1. I have a 4 year old daughter and I have to prepare a form for her. There's the applicant signature at the last part. Do I need to countersign it or just leave it blank?

2. Do I have to send the receipt for the application fee together with the documents or send it later?

3. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT QUESTIONS. Does anyone knows if its possible if ever I could get our visa, I could go back home. For example. I am a filipina and applied here in Thailand. We planned that if our visa petition is approved, we go back home to Philippines to see my family then fly from Philippines to US. Does anyone knows if this is possible.

3, sure. For 1 and 2, follow the instructions from the Consulate. You pay the visa application fee in person, in local currency at a post office in Thailand.
