Hi,

everyone my first time on the site. Can anyone give the name or website of a good reasonable attorney in Manila? I'm trying to find someone who has used an attorney their to help process my fiances documents and prepare her for the interview. Thanks

During my medical exam I met a lady whose fiance hired an attorney / agency to facillitate and help her with the filling ofthe K1 on this end. He shelled out $700.00 USD but to their dismay, they ended up doing the paper work themselves and wanted to file a complaint against the people they hired. In a nut shell, PatientlyWaiting and TooBig are right. It is fairly easy and all the answers to your questions can be found in this site. We all went through it and save a lot (of money and heache) :yes:

Who knows about your info and will have the dilligence to pay attention to details more than yourselves? ;) Good luck!

June 18, 2006 - touched

June 23, 2006 - NOA 1 for both AOS and EAD

July 25, 2006 - Biometrics schedule

Aug. 15, 2006 - NOA 2 for AOS...interview scheduled Oct.12'06 in Detroit

Aug. 31, 2006 - EAD touched

Sep. 5, 2006 - EAD APPROVED!!!!! .... waiting for them to mail the card

Sep. 12, 2006 - EAD card arrives....wooooooooooooooohooooooooooo

Oct. 12, 2006 - AOS interview......Successful!!! whew

Oct. 19, 2006 - Approval notice arrives in the mail (WELCOME TO AMERICA!!)

Oct. 23, 2006 - Green Card arrives!!!!

...........finally....some peace and quiet for 2 years.......
