Maybe I'm missing something, but even if you were to ask you attorney, you still would have to follow procedures as per NVC & Mumbai consulate

The thing you are missing, is that Tatyana has an attorney, and for some reason, absolutely refuses to contact her attorney for 'further guidance' on the additional steps.

IMO, it's getting TIRESOME to see her posts here, as she has already paid the attorney . IMO, she should contact the attorney for further knowledge acquisition. For Some Reason - she's decided NOT to do that. What is the reason, really, that predicates her deciding NOT to do that? I have to wonder, always, on her 'approach' to getting things done.

re: these procedures - She Should have already been coached by the attorney. IMO, she's NOT taking advantage of the attorney, even after PAYING the attorney for full coaching.

Sorry Darnell... I beg to differ... VJ is here so that we can help each other out. Whether or not she refuses to contact her attorney is her prerogative. She's the one who's paid him, not you or I. If she would like to ask questions here, then those who are interested in helping her out can do so. Thanks for updating me by the way...

Yes Darnell, I do have an attorney & I have no idea why it bothers you so much that I ask questions on here. My attorney is not Indian & thats why some of the questions I have I ask here.

And the fact that I pay my attorney money, that money is coming out of my pocket not yours!

As for the attorney; he is a busy guy and is not as quick to always answer my questions at times & I am not always happy with him but too far into the process to let him go.

Hope that answers your questions not that I needed to "clear" anything up for you. Last thing I need in this whole process!

& if its getting "TIRESOME" for you too see my post, I did see an ignore button somewhere maybe if you click that you won't see my "questions" anymore that bother you so much and they must ruin your day or simply take the stick out of your a**

Thank you! He for some odd reason had a problem with me from the beginning which I could not figure out why not that I really care. I am on this forum for same reasons as everyone attorney or not.
