its been 90 days and i havent gotten my NOA2 YET! and it seems like everyone is getting them in 60-70 days.... should i call them???????? whats the average time between NOA1 AND NOA2?????? :(:crying::crying::crying::crying:

Mine took 97 days and I think I was lucky. The USCIS time processing is 5 months.

I-130 NOA2 - 10th February, 2010 Yay!!!!
"Your I-130 was approved in 97 days from your NOA1 date."

NVC Journey:
02-16-2010: NVC Case # Assigned
03-31-2010: Case Complete!!
04-12-2010: Interview date assigned by NVC.
05-11-2010: Medical appointment in Rio

05-13-2010: Interview in Rio - APPROVED!!!

06-02-2010: POE in Washington DC - Finally home!

July 30, 2010 - Received the Green Card after receiving 4 welcome letters! USCIS see ya later!

2 YEARS LATER......

03-02-2012: Elegible to lift conditions
06-02-2012: Temporary GC expires

12-20-2012: Permanent GC received

6 MONTHS LATER......

06/03/2013: n400 Filled

10/22/2013: Citizenship test and oath ceremony

Dont fret... mine took 118 days. Seems average. Your almost there!

Waiting does suck, but once you get that NOA2, things move fast. use this time to gather all of your docs you need for the NVC. That way, you can glide thru it! If you have everything in order, you can get thru the NVC in about a month.

Come join us in the March NVC thread for tips on when to send docs, what to send etc. You will get there in no time, I assure you! :thumbs:

its been since Nov 27/09,since they received our petition, and I haven't heard anything back yet, still in the initial phase. I am sooooooo nervous and on the edge. I hate being in the dark about things especially when it comes to the heart, I have no clue but according to the time frame (U.S citizenship and immigration site) the processing time frame is Five months. So who knows what or when exactly.

Our NOA was November 23...they opened our file today!! Well it shows that some kind of activity is going on anyway!! So you guys are a little behind us so it should be any day now.
