Hi Geet... thaz good news it means somebody is working on your case or it was recently reviewed or they finalizing your case.... sit tight you might hear some good news soon... do update all here...

my case details are same as urs.just different thing is,pd is 16 july nd mine was updated on 18&19 august.

butnt receive any email, dont know why..............

malvika once you get your case number just tell your benificiary to download and fill the ds3032 sign scan and email to you or the nvc and you pay the $88 fees start now to have your tax job letter and pay stubs collection. once you paid your fees and submit ds3032 by email. (they will accept ds3032 by email PDF format)

while you are doing this, your beneficiary should apply for police clearence certificate at local police office and also at the passport office (2 PPC)

now he has saved at least 2-3 weeks of time. while his ppc is ready your visa fee will be paid by then and just send ds230 ppc and documents to nvc without delay. because ppc take time 2-4 weeks.

malvika i am sending my ds230 to nvc in few days waiting for PPC. i should have told my wife to get ppc while back but i didnt know about it. so you make sure once $88 paid let them get ppc.

I have already made everything ready. Actually I prepared DS-3032 two months ago and it's lying in my office's drawer LOL. I have also prepared police report and other original documents that I need to send with DS-230 form.

The only thing I have been waiting is NVC to receive my approved I-130. I donno when it's going to happen.

Geet, let me take a moment to answer your questions (hopefully you won't mind )

Sometimes you don't get case update when USCIS approve your petition. That's what happened with me too. They touched my case on 07/20 and 07/21 and my status was showing 'initial review'. But on 07/26 I got an approval letter through snail mail. My online status still shows "initial review". Isn't it funny?

I think your approval letter should be on the way. Hopefully you will receive it soon.

My wife's I-130 approved on 7/13/2010, NVC received on 7/26/2010. Got DS3032 email on 7/28/2010, paid AOS FEE on 7/29/2010. Also sent DS3032 completed form on 8/09/2010, but haven't accepted yet, kinda worry about it cause its been 11 days so far, lots of people got within within a week. I hope next week I will hear some goody...!

My I-130 was approved on 07/20 and it hasn't yet reached to NVC. These days it is taking a while to reach your case to NVC after approval.

Once you know that your I-130 is approved, you can call NVC atutomated voice response # 603-334-0700 and enter your USCIS Receipt #. It will tell you if NVC has received your case. After they receive your case they will assign a case no. You can call and speak to a human and give your email address to send you the form DS 3032 ans AOS bill.

I called to NVC to check if they have receive my approval I-130 petition. The customer service rep, took my email address, home address and phone number. After 2 days later i got an email of DS3020 & AOS FEE BILL.

NOA1 CASE TRANSFERD TO NBC JAN 2010

My qeustion is that how long do i have to wait it to be approved. The PD is 2009 and still nothing. i called them and they told me wait 90 days and call back if u dont hear back from us.

The case status was UPDATED ON 8/20/10, just 3 days ago, does that mean a good SIGN
