My p/d Mar 29, 2009 approved on July 26, 2010 . So I think P/d : july /2009 have to wait a few days or will approval on the end of Aug or on Sept. It's depend on USCIS. USCIS is working slower than NVC. Hope you guys will have approval soon. God will help all of us. Goodluck !

My I-130 was approved on 07/20 and it hasn't yet reached to NVC. These days it is taking a while to reach your case to NVC after approval.

Once you know that your I-130 is approved, you can call NVC atutomated voice response # 603-334-0700 and enter your USCIS Receipt #. It will tell you if NVC has received your case. After they receive your case they will assign a case no. You can call and speak to a human and give your email address to send you the form DS 3032 ans AOS bill.

So before we post/email our DS-3032 form..

Do we wait for any communication from NVC in regards with case number? OR

Once NVC receive your petition and assign you a case number after approval. You can call them and give your email address. They will send you the DS-3032 (Choice of agent) form in your email and you can just fill up the form and have your beneficiary sign it and send it back to NVC email.

Auto reply email part says below:

If you are asking for a status update you must contact the NCSC. We will not respond to your status update inquiry

"

Will wait and see what's reply comes back...

These service center's emails are to use when you have already made service request with USCIS and haven't heard anything from them or are not satisfied with the response. They ask for the service tag no. that USCIS customer service provide when you make a service request.

I think you should wait until the next processing time is updated because you're still within normal processing time of CSC and USCIS may not listen to your inquiry, but still you can try calling USCIS and make a service request.
