My p/d Mar 29, 2009 approved on July 26, 2010 . So I think P/d : july /2009 have to wait a few days or will approval on the end of Aug or on Sept. It's depend on USCIS. USCIS is working slower than NVC. Hope you guys will have approval soon. God will help all of us. Goodluck !

I agree with smile99, it will have aprooval soon. According to USCIS CSC their processing time is 14.5 months (last processed case date was March 23 2009). Do you guys think this projection is accurate?

By the way, current priority date is 01 Jan 2010, which is meaningless if most of the I-130 cases haven't been approved yet by USCIS.

Yeah, I agree with you.

Since the priority date for Sept is now Jan 01, 2010, we are suppose to be in contact with NVC and start preparing our docs.

But thanks to USCIS, they prevent our petition from advancing any further.

Hope that the date will not going to retrogress.

The USCIS estimates have been jumping all over the place. I remember it being 36 months for California Service Center not so long ago and with the next report, it very well may be in the vicinity of 12.

On your NOA1, you can find your receipt no.

Use this receipt no. in signing up for case update on USCIS website.

Once sign up, you can track and know the status of your case.
