Your case has been completed last october and priority date was current for several months....Didn't schedule for interview. It does mean that country wise phillipines away backlogged.

Actually it was you..typo mistaken...You're the one who has been waited for long priority date, according to DOS visa waiting list, philipines is most backlogged country .As i assuming that you will get your interview date sometime in June/July, but hoping to get earliest as possible!!!!!

yes i agree, Philippines is the most backlogged country that is why we are the most affected ones for retrogression but since you are really rubbing it in, the ones who will get affected by it are cases filed before 2008. youve been basing everything from DOS but ive been basing it from the operator and via infopass of immigration here in california. who would hope for a later interview though. eversince, i havent heared about a case that is completed and has to wait for half a year more... they are requiring 8weeks after case complete.

How about people who are waited for more than 8 weeks and PD is March/2010?? So, your operator/Info pass can tell those people will get interview date even PD is not current.. :rofl:

Miami_Boy, sorry i dont really know your story but i know Mitch's story so well, and I empathise with her. We've come way back and I know how badly she must be hurting. Pls let's deal with one another with compassion.

I do unnderstand and empathise with her...if you go look at my previouse post, you'll understand what was my logic. But she/He is not believing what DOS posted on website about visa waiting list. My PD also Mar/2008, which i felt bad when PD retrogreesed to 3 month backwards for me. Its not about positive to suddenly got winning lottery, This is reality and projective of Visa bulletin. DOS had wrong math on visa bulletin, thats why F2A PD went forward upto 3 years, which was not logic and also AILA warns that too.

I am pray for everybody that PD will get current soon, I also get benefit on that too.
