I hope that we will not be affected by this retrogression.

I want to share with you an information taken from US embassy manila website.

Basically, this is the stand of the embassy regarding people with interview dates scheduled but priority dates retrogress.

This is for F2B, F3 and F4 ( F2A was not yet included since there were still no retrogression at that time )

I don't know if giving the link from other site is allowed in this forum.

I will just put the details on how to find it.

Search in google "US Embassy manila"

Go to "visas" then "immigrant visas"

You can find the article under "Important notice"

Oct 21,1997: Priority Date F2B

May 25,2009: POE LAX

Aug 29,2009: Wedding in PI

F2A for Wife and Daughter

I-130 Track

Feb 04,2010: I-130 Sent

Feb 07,2010: I-130 Received by USCIS

Feb 12,2010: NOA1

Aug 13,2010: Case Touched

Aug 14,2010: Case Touched

Aug 19,2010: Case Touched

Aug 30,2010: Case Approved

Sept 2,2010: NOA2 Received

Sept 15,2010:NVC assigned Case No.

Sept 22,2010:Received AOS Fee Bill and DS-3032. Paid AOS fee online.

Oct 05, 2010:Paid IV Fee Bill online.

Oct 25, 2010:Send package IV to NVC

Oct 27, 2010:NVC Received Package IV

Oct 28, 2010:Send AOS to NVC

Nov 01, 2010:NVC received AOS

Nov 22, 2010:Case Complete

Interview Date : July 17,2012. Passed Interview.

Got my interview on 14th DEC.

need to take loads of documents with me, just in case.

Alright,

The interview was thus, they asked my information, name, address where I lived, family name etc... The main document they were very interested in was the Birth Certificate.

They did NOT stamp the passport, they said the info pass will do that, and only when the CASE status shows approved NOT before that.

The interviewer also said 1 month to get the Green Card.

Wait time was 45+ minutes.

Hello friends... why all so quiet nowadays...any update with pending or completed cases?

I have done my pcc and medical since my case was completed now due to retro. pd has gone back 1.5 years..

my question:

1. How long pcc and medical will be valid since I don't want to do this things again??

Your case has been completed last october and priority date was current for several months....Didn't schedule for interview. It does mean that country wise phillipines away backlogged. :bonk:
