perriteyl - waiting for interview date? :D Did you receive your medical appointment yet?

homer4all and ekto - yes, I am waiting for my IV fee bill status to be shown as "paid" then I will be able to send my DS-230 including all required documents.

I wonder how's Khanl doing with his case? I wish him for case complete soon, if he hasn't received it yet !

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

Hi everyone! I'm waiting for my case to be completed too. I paid my IV fee last friday and still waiting for the status

to be shown as paid.

I have a question, does my 4 yrs old step daughter need to submit DS230 too?

Doesn't canadian citizen get T1 visa for USA? I heard if she can find an employer who wish to give her a job she can get T1 visa quickly. I don't know how true is that.

T1 Visa's are very hard to get nowadays because of the job crisis in USA. I was wondering if this F2A is actually approved within months or a year... if the Bulletin board is correct then it sounds the best option. However, she can come stay here for 6 months. I was wondering if I had to go for another 6 months to Canada with my PR Green card.

I was wondering if I could apply for dual citizenship in Canada while my Green card is in process in USA... and I travel back and forth until she is accepted.

Just an idea.. let me know if you have any ideas.

Did you apply for fiance ? how long did it take total thus far, and where are you in process ... apporx, how many months to go until your beneficiary is here?

it will be probally 2 weeks before u get a RFE "Hope u dont". i kept callin them every other day the NVC op told me i had a RFE. Even before the AVR was update :blush:

just sent in my RFE on the 3rd. recieved on the 4th. AVR still says old #######. Any idea when i will it be update and i will get a case complete :thumbs:

Khanl, my brother-in-law got an RFE too. the AVR still says the same thing (theyve received the response to rfe) but when they called NVC, operator said that his case has been completed. so maybe they just didnt update the AVR.

Hi Malvika and all..

I called NVC

AVR mentioned: RFE sent on 8th Nov.

so I talked with operator to get more details on RFE..

Operator only said they are waiting for immigration form from me(beneficiary), I told her it has already reached NVC 10 days back then she said you have to wait till your mail arrives to this building since we have a huge backlog of mails....

so now waiting for RFE if it was sent or new update on AVR regarding my ds-230 form..

Anybody with similar RFE scenario??

yeah mine still says RFE was generated on the 29 of OCT. My RFE reached NVC on 6th of NOV. But the AVR is still saying RFE was generated Blah blah.

So you think probally by next week i should have some good news? :unsure: :unsure:
