Yes, just tell them that you had sent your original marriage certificate and they are not finding it and you would like to speak with a supervisor. They should pass you to supervisor then.

ok the story is that they have gotten it but not in the native pakistani language. I made it in english so that i wouldnt have to transfer in the future. :bonk:

So i did speak with the SUPERVISOR. She was soo "nice".. she said that the native language certificate is the embassy requirement and i gots to have that. :crying:

... then i also told her that can my wife just bring it on the INTERVIEW date? she told me to send a letter or a email stating that she will have it on the interview..

SO you think that the letter will be enough for a CASE COMPLETE... u think it will work. ??? :wacko: :wacko:

This is strange. I wonder why they would need a civil document in applicant's native language as long as they are original and in English language which can be understood all over the world.

Khanl, I am not sure if they are going to accept it. You should've asked the supervisor whom you spoke with.

I am gathering docs and will be sending completed ds-230 form by tomorrow morning.

AOS already submitted as per my signature timilines...

Thanks perriteyl and homer4all, I hope so.

But looking at other folks time line they have received the AOS fee bill within 10 days (some people have received within 7 days too) of NVC case no. assign and in my case it is already 10 days today. I was hoping for today, but unfortunately It didn't happen. When I call NVC they say I have to wait 2-4 weeks for AOS fee bill, what should I tell them in this case?

Could you guys check if your online payment portal is working for you guys?

I got my IIN this morning by calling NVC, when I logged in payment center, It is showing AOS fee bill as "Not paid". I checked the box and clicked on "pay selected fees" my browser is giving me error msg. I have been trying this since this morning but with no luck.

hopefully all goes well now and NVC don't loose my original marriage and birth certi.

Yes, they gave me my IIN when I called them this morning. You know the funny thing? NVC lady who gave me IIN told me that no any invoice has been generated yet and allow 4-6 weeks, but when I logged in to the payment portal page after I got off the phone from NVC, AOS fee bill was already generated biggrin.gifNow what you say? I would say EXPECT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING from from USCIS and NVC biggrin.gif
