hi everyone.

looks like everyone is nearing the "case complete" status.

I'm quite busy this past few days, so I didn't have the time to look on my I-130.

Right now, I'm still completing my AOS as well as the DS-230 forms and some documents of my wife.

Most probably by next week, I can submit all of the requirements to NVC.

Hi Khani,

You said that you only started working this year.

May I know on how did you get a copy of your tax return?

When did you started working? Did you file your income tax last 2009?

When I requested for my tax transcript, the operator(IRS) told me that they cannot issue me a transcript since I only started working this year.

For now, I only have my pay stub that shows the tax that my employer is deducting every payday.

hey every one i just want to know if something...ok my mother a us citizen is filling for me, my sister and my son i recieved a letter that there is no visa number available the letter came in my name but my sister have not recieved a letter and we live at the same address is it possible she is getting through and i have to wait??? my mother sent all the information together.iam so confused because she is older than i am and none of us is married. plz help. thanks :help:

put your timeline clearly in your signature and provide more case details with priority dates so that you will receive more answers..

I am still waiting for DS-3032 form acceptance from NVC...

I just knew of a case whose document reached to NVC on 09/23 and got case completed on 10/6. Meaning you are a week away from your case complete now. Good Luck.
