Hi Malvika,

I scaned & signed & then I sent it as attactment by my email . Remember, you have to send with ds-3032 email template. So, they can know both email ( you & your spouse) . After 8 days, you will receive an email from NVC , they ll say they receive & accept your ds3032 & will tell you abt visa fee bill 404$. It's really fast !!! Goodluck to you !

So happy today.. day arrived for which waited for 1 year...

Finally got my I-130 approved.. status changed on uscis and it says approval notice sent.

Still waiting for approval letter..

My question is who all will receive letter.. petitioner or beneficiary or NVC?

I am beneficiary and recently chagned address.. but haven't updated on uscis...

Do I need to do that or should I only update with NVC once I recieve my case number?

Congrats. If you have recently changed address you should have been updated it to USCIS. Now your approval notice will go to the old address which you have specified in I-130. Hope you have US Postal mail forwarding requested.

Congrats homer4all. Finally you are approved. The petitioner will receive the approval letter by mail so you are fine. But I think you need to change the address with NVC.

Now please update us when NVC receive your petition.

NO DO NOT wait for them, do not wait on snail mail. it can slow it down for months

Yes but they have to invoice you for that. Call them up once u get the case # and give them ur email ID, and the beneficiary

Yes, call NVC to check if they received your case once daily. I have been calling them twice daily once around 10:30 AM and another one around 5:00 PM (by their office closing time, I guess) assuming they may receive my case anytime.

When you find that NVC received your case, talk to a live operator and give them your email address they will send DS-3032 and AOS fee bill in the email.

I wish NVC receive your case soon and may you not wait 2 months (so far) like me for NVC to receive case.

YEAH THANKS for the hope. Hopefully i get them this week or tonight.. Any idea how long before i get a interview for my wife. I have already prepared all of the documents. Just waiting on slow azzz NVC :rofl:

Did you also receive IV fee bill this early and you didn't receive DS-3032 (choice of agent)? strange....

he probably just spoke to NVC operator and told him he's the choice of agent.
