Still NVC have not recived my file, SHOULD I RAISE HELL :devil: , 12 days, should i wait longer, what should i dooo :crying: :crying:

As I have told earlier these days USCIS is not sending the approved petition to NVC right after the approval. But we have some folks here who were lucky to have their case at NVC within few days (1-2 weeks) of approval. But most of us are being held. I don't know why.

I think you should wait another couple of days, 15 days precisely from the date of your approval. If it still doesn't happen then knock all the possible doors to get your case to NVC like I did, contacting congressman, calling USCIS and asking them to locate the case, emailing your service center. But I am still waiting.

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

As I have told earlier these days USCIS is not sending the approved petition to NVC right after the approval. But we have some folks here who were lucky to have their case at NVC within few days (1-2 weeks) of approval. But most of us are being held. I don't know why.

I think you should wait another couple of days, 15 days precisely from the date of your approval. I suggest you to wait until 15 days from the date of your approval and then call USCIS and request to speak with supervisor. The operator might tell you that you have to wait until 90 days, but if you managed to speak to a supervisor he/she might help you.

Have you tried calling USCIS and request them to make a service request? Good to try it now !

My wife (petitioner) phoned uscis last week but lady told to wait 2 weeks since processing date is still not current so she can't raised servcie request.

Waiting for next processing date to change at CSC.

My case was last touched on 24 & 25/08/2010 but I think that was bcuz I sent them email inquiring about my case, same kind of touch happened before 2-3 mths back when I had inquired via email.
