Agent will be the person who will receive all communication from NVC..

Mostly people use their petitioner in USofA.. but if you using attorney then attorney would like to recieve all communication from NVC otherwise no use of using attorney......(this is just my opinion)

OK AUSOME, so how my wife fill out the ds3032??, name me as an agent or my attorney, i am a little confused about that. I mean can she put me as an agent and then i can forward all my documents to my attorny, would that be ok ""I really wana have an ATTORNEY, so that i do not mess anything up""" :wacko:

Hi Malvika,

I scaned & signed & then I sent it as attactment by my email . Remember, you have to send with ds-3032 email template. So, they can know both email ( you & your spouse) . After 8 days, you will receive an email from NVC , they ll say they receive & accept your ds3032 & will tell you abt visa fee bill 404$. It's really fast !!! Goodluck to you !

07/26/10 - NOA2 received by mail

08/13/10 - Contacted Congressman and submitted documents

08/26/10 - Called USCIS and made expedite request (based on reason- visa number is available and I-130 was not sent to NVC)

AUSOME isnt that true that if u recive ur case # from NVC, you can give call them,give them ur email info and then they can give u and the bemeficiary the ds3032 and the aos fee bill?

Yes, you are right I have also read it somewhere that you can receive ds-3032 by email if you call NVC and provide your email details.

I think you need to change your timeline in signature..according to that you have receive your NOA2 in 7 months.

Keep try calling NVC. Do not just call once if it's busy. At least redial it for three times, if still no luck then try after 5/10 mins. That's from my experience

Have you tried calling USCIS and request them to make a service request? Good to try it now !
