hey how come i am not getting any emails from UScis, my case was approved and transferd to NVC, just smail mail, and no email and text message

Some people do not receive an email or text message alert even if they have set up an alert. Like I did not receive any alert neither email nor text message, the only thing I saw was 2 touches before approval. One on the day of approval and one next day. My online status still says 'initial review' and the funny thing is when I called USCIS 1-800 no. last friday the lady on the phone told me that my case was transferred to TSC and still pending

How did you know that your case was transferred to NVC on 22nd? Have you been calling NVC and checking if they received your case yet?

How did you send your DS-3032 to NVC? I know you emailed it. Did you sign the form and scan it and send it as attachment? Or Did you use DS-3032 template?

Did you send it through your email address or your husband's email address? Please clarify. Thanks

Hi Malvika,

I scaned & signed & then I sent it as attactment by my email . Remember, you have to send with ds-3032 email template. So, they can know both email ( you & your spouse) . After 8 days, you will receive an email from NVC , they ll say they receive & accept your ds3032 & will tell you abt visa fee bill 404$. It's really fast !!! Goodluck to you !

Now waiting for NOA2 from them.

Agent will be the person who will receive all communication from NVC..

Mostly people use their petitioner in USofA.. but if you using attorney then attorney would like to recieve all communication from NVC otherwise no use of using attorney......(this is just my opinion)
